I have pretty severe acne and I've tried EVERYTHING! Help?

Well my acne is mostly on my forehead, in between my eyebrows and on my chin but I also have little bumps on my cheeks too. I've used eveything imaginable to clear my acne, and nothing seems to work. I have pretty oil skin but I wash it in the morning and night. I am currently using Murad and I've only been using it for a week and it seem to be working slighty but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to help me?
