When the rubber from tires wear off, where does it go? My guess is that it is washed off into storm drains and

my guess is that itwashes into storm drains and into the water. I say that becuase when we had our marina dredged they came up with black goo when it should have been white sand. I guess that after 100 years or so of rubber washing of the roads they would be like that...think about it.
