What should my (almost) eight month old be eating?

He has his two bottom teeth, and top four teeth coming in. I was wondering what all you guys feed/fed your eight month old? He eats the Gerber rice and oatmeal with the mixed fruits twice a day, one jar of baby food stage two, 5-6 whole wheat ritz because he loooves them, one 4oz gerber juice bottle and about 24 oz. soy formula (I bf for 6mos but once those teeth were in, he was biting the CRAP out of me. He even made me bleed! lol) Okay, what else should I introduce him to now?
