I have a big bag of MASECA corn masa.. What can I use it for?

tortillas or gorditas, follow the directions on the package for mixing for tortillas,then put the ball on the tortlla press and then put it on a hot comal. for gorditas basically the same in the beginning but you have to pat it out round and thicker than a tortilla its really all about trial and error. i use the tortilla press to make gorditas cause i cant with just my hands. for cutting them open after there done i have found out you have to cut them open as soon as you take them off the comal or there hard to open. use a serarrated knife ive had better luck with those knives than a regular one. the gordita fluffs up when its done. then you put what ever you want to in side.
