Medicare Drug Plan - Donut Hole?

hi - when I am in the donut hole, I am having to pay more money each month than I get in disability income. The disability income is just enough to disqualifiy me from any additional istance, and the amount that i pay in drugs ($6035) is just under what I need to pay to qualify for Medicaid. It's like they figure out exactly how to keep you from getting any help. I already went to my aging and disability specialist and they dont' have any more ideas for me, What I'm trying to do right now is to try to research natural cures and then take those ideas to my doctors and then try them with their involvement. But admittedly I don't know that much and most of my drugs don't have a natural alternative or the reseach is very spotty at best. Going to Canada is an alternative but Canada doesn't have my expensive meds. I don't really know what to do. thanks
