Small fruit trees or shrubs for part shade?

Any chance there is a fruit tree out there that will do okay in part shade (5 hours direct intense sun) in zone 8? I would particulary like a dwarf tree with multiple varieties grafted on the same rootstock. I know it won't bear as much fruit as it would in full sun..that's okay. We have cold winters here, for fruits that require it.
