Our towels are getting mysteriously bleached?

Our hand towels in our bathroom are somehow getting bleached they are blue and little patches of bleach stains keep appearing even before we washed them so it has nothing to do with the wash. We don't want to get new towels until we find out what is causing this so they don't get ruined as well.
