What are we genetically and environmentally predisposed to eat?

The humans are herbivorous animals who are vegetable eating and their intestines are much larger than the intestines of the carnivorous animals eating flesh).* As the flesh is not digested in short time it is ejected out of flesh eating animals due to their short intestines . This is the reason that flesh eating humans get the diseases of stomach and intestines.
