Grad students help!! How do I yze my results from my survey with a small sample?

I am doing my master's thesis on the program intervention. I am conducting a pre and post survey (before watching the show and after). I am only surveying 20 people. Now i need to decide how I am going to yze and interpret these results, I am not sure what to do, I could used a pivot table to run stats but how do I discuss and interpret the results I get, I need to write this in my proposal, please help, any ideas would be much appreciated.
