So They bail out the banks so that the financial markets can profit from homeowners misfortunes again? ?

It will not help homeowner crisis but will keep banks from going under urgo keeping millions of people from losing everything they have in their bank. I am not a big fan of this bailout but would not want to think of what would happen around the country if nothing was done.
