Winter track season is coming up. Any recommendations 4 running shoes + spikes 4 a sprinter?

just go to a running store and they should know what they are talking about (the running depot and 's are NOT good running stores) they should size you for shoes and tell you what spikes you should use. i would suggest ponds athletics for your shoes.
