Stopped speaking to my ex-girlfriend. Wrong or right move?

To me it sounds like you are doing the right thing. Even though you both agreed to keep the friendship, she doesn't act like she wants anything to do with you. Sorry if that's too straight forward. If you keep trying to push the friendship, she may start telling people you are stalking or harring her.
