Flying tomorrow from LaGuardia Airport, 90% Perciptiation?

It's unlikely. Rain is no big deal, planes are equipped with windshield wipers, and it won't take long for the plane to be above the clouds and out of the rain (there's always sunshine above the clouds). They should only delay the flight if there is a bad thunderstorm. If planes were delayed just for rain there would be delays ALL the time.
