Best advice??

Alright, so I am a 19 year old guy and I'm in love with my best friend ..we've known one another about three years and had a very brief fling 2 summers ago that didn't work out (all my fault). We stopped talking for about a year but when she went off college she got very lonely and we slowly rekindled our friendship. After 6 months of getting to know each other again I paid a visit and spent the night in her dorm (no, nothing happened..). She has since moved back to her hometown and we hang out a decent amount now. We live 40 miles away but I have made it a point to go up there once a month and we've pretty much just partied. There is minor flirting going on, but nothing too serious. I have twice spent the night at her house, once on the couch with her parents home and once in her bedroom (another bed) with them away. Again not much physical stuff. If it makes any difference, her friends are becoming my friends.
